OracleOfDelphi

I've never had the pleasure of meeting OracleOfDelphi in There, but I admire his work. Giggles is a most useful tool for use in there.

I've taken the freedom to publish a few words from him (taken from his website and There forum) here.

This was his announcement in There forum to thank people for support.

Where do I start...

When I wrote Giggles my goal was a usable and easy to use program for all THEREians. Where us geeks help the non-geeks make avatars move! I expected the occasional "Cool software dude 'tu", you all however have made me feel just absolutly great.

I have receive so many thanks from people; from the expected "Cool software dude" to "You have made the game fun again" I just never expected the response I have received and for it to be community wide so fast - about 72 hours.

I want all of you to know that you have made the time I have put into the software worthwhile. Oddly enough, with all of the millions of lines of code I have written for greed, business and profit, you have managed to make these lines the most rewarding.

I woke up to dozens of thank you letters today via Theremail my person web site and personal email. The There community never ceases to amaze me. I am sitting here with an endless smile on my face and the warm fuzzy feeling that can only be granted to you by your fellow man.

Yes, OracleOfDelphi the smart @xx has been moved, sorry for being so darn sappy but I just can't help myself. So here I am humbling my smart @xx in a public forum. So to all of you I say "No, thank YOU"

Nuf of the crap, change subject, la la la la la 'blush!

I will continue to upgrade the software, more so now then ever, it will always be free and never be SL compatible :p.

Luv ya all!

This was his last words from his website shortly before it went offline:

As many of you know, I have left the game. I do log in from time to time but that's not 'game play', I just have to say hello to the people I love from time to time. - Hope that never changes. I will not be updating Giggles software, not that I ever did much of that anyway. - With that, I have no plans on removing this web site. - I will keep it here as long as people use it.
